Laurence R. Harvey played as Martin Lomax, he is the main role of this movie. Laurence R. Harvey will play as a loner sick person who has fantasized about how to make a full sequence of human centipede after he watched the first movie of Human Centipede which called First Sequence. Martin here is pictured as a real sadistic personality that he didn’t care about the agony and horror which his victims were experiencing. Even though Martin cried if one of his victims died, Martin didn’t seem to care when a baby was born while the mother was tortured. The sadistic soul of Martin is unexplainable and seems like a pure evil.
Ashlynn Yennie played as herself. In the first movie of Human Centipede, Ashlynn Yennie played as one of the victims. In here, the movie wants to tell us that Ashlynn Yennie as herself has experienced the Human Centipede once again, only this time is for real not in a movie. So the Human Centipede II (Full Sequence) wants to make it like the movie inside the movie.
