Dream House Movie 2011 is a movie about a house and its history which then affect the new owner. Just like the other houses which usually have their own memories. The house in this movie also have one memory, a bad memory. A family has moved into a house where several horrible murders were committed in the past. And that family find themselves to be the next target for the the killer.
Will Atenton, played by Daniel Craig, is a successful publisher who has just quitted a job in New York. Will Atenton (Daniel Craig) to his wife Libby, played by Rachel Weisz, and their daughter to New England. While they are trying to settle down their new life in New England, they discovered that their new perfect home was nothing but a place where a murder took place. The entire city believes that the husband, who survived from that murder, has got something to do with the death of the mother and her children.
Will Atenton tried to reveal the mystery and investigates the tragedy with the help from Ann Paterson (Naomi Watts) who is the neighbor who was close to the family that died. As Will and Ann piece together the disturbing puzzle, they discover that the story of the last man to leave Will's dream house will be just as horrifying to the one who came next.
